Self Awareness is the start of a journey of change, you might be looking for some change in your life, but until you see and know yourself, that journey will be stalling.


What can a coach help you with?


If you see yourself and are honest to yourself about why you have habits you dislike - you can start to move on, make positive changes that will serve you forever.


You will learn a bit about your own values because these motivate us hugely and influence the friends we make, the partners we choose and ultimately the path we take.


How to develop self belief


There are many questions, but even taking a section at a time will reveal answers you can ponder on.

Which of your talents or skills gives you the greatest sense of pride or satisfaction?

What talent or skill do you wish to develop for yourself?

PERCEPTION

How is the “public you” different from the “private you”?

How do your behaviours and actions support what they think or say?

Is it more important to be like by others or to be yourself? Why?
