I’m Sarah Bryer, the owner of Show/Girl Coaching.

Let's clear something up...

I'm an extrovert raised as an only child. Despite my extroversion though, I spent a lot of my life having low self-confidence, which stunted my career and had a significant impact on my relationships.

Things changed when I worked with a team who were exclusively introverted and constantly side-lined for promotions. I decided I had to find a way to help and connect with them. So, I spent a lot of time researching introversion, and from this, I taught my team about their introverted natures and how they can boost their confidence.

It created this crew of amazing women and shaped me into a coach who could speak the languages of both introverts and extroverts.

I’ve been married, divorced and married again, and I'm now mum to an amazing girl (who just so happens to be introverted). Since becoming a parent to an introverted girl, I noticed how introverts are treated from a young age. From my clients, I also noticed how a lack of confidence from being introverted can have long-lasting effects decades later.

I now help my clients find their inner confidence and empower them with the tools they need to break out of their shells and succeed in ways they never had before, including the art of setting boundaries.

In my spare time, I'm an avid reader, I love the theatre, and the odd social drinking occasion.
