This course is designed to help introverted women develop resilience skills to successfully navigate the challenges and stressors of life. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and interactive activities, learners will learn how to manage their emotions in difficult situations and build strong relationships with others. We’ll also explore topics such as self-care strategies for introverts, and problem-solving techniques that are tailored toward introverts.
